This Thread isn't meant to show any MK7 CT's (yet), but instead, this is basically a "How Far Did We Get, To Make MK7 CT's Yet" Thread.
I've got the ability to Test them, and to Build them, while Gericom has the ability to make them work.
While my equipments are rather secret, Gericom is making "Every File Explorer" (or "EFE", for short), which should be able to create MKDS, and MK7 (plus maybe a lot more) Hacks.

To answer both of that:
If the Encryption, or the Checksum would be bad, the whole game wouldn't start, at all, which is not the case.
And before you get started on ROMFS, if ROMFS is incorrect, I'd end up with a Fatal Error, which is neither the case.

I think there are a couple of options:
1. I have edited the sarc by hand, so it might not be 100% correct.
2. Maybe there is something wrong with the yaz0 compression?
3. Maybe there is something wrong with the custom model? (maybe shader references or something)

Option 3 can't be it, as it was tested, beforehand.
I think option 1 is the most possible, although option 2 seems probably, also.

I will replace the model with an existing course model when I finish sarc writing and yaz0 compression.

Yaz0 compression? You mean it's exactly the same as on Gamecube/Wii? Honestly, I don't think Nintendo would pull the same encryption for two way different CPUs since Gamecube's and Wii's the same, they both utilise Yaz0, but 3DS...? Hmmm... Are you certain it contains Yaz0 files?
And also HOW THE HECK DID YOU ENCRYPT THE ROM?! :3

Yaz0 is just compression. After decompression it uses sarc, which is totally different from the u8 format on the wii.

No, they use Yaz0 for both, MKW and MK7, but while MKW uses U8, MK7 uses SARC.
And I didn't Encrypt the ROM, I don't need to, as I don't even have a Gateway, or any other 3DS Flash Card.

It is no checksum for sure.
I know what yaz0 compression is. I already wrote a decompressor. A compressor will be easy to make aswell.

CT's are still not working, not even Swapped Models are.
So, I'd say, a bit more patience.

Custom Characters are pretty much possible, although they don't seem to show up, while on the Character Select Screen, they Crash the Game.
But at least, Swapping Characters does work.

Probably not, because of the crashing. Maybe the hacking is making the ROM unstable.

No, it requires the BCMDL to be Exported, which I can't, and then be re-Converted into BCMDL, which Crashes the Game at Character Select, and makes it invisible in-game.

Probably not, because of the crashing. Maybe the hacking is making the ROM unstable.

No, the ROM won't be Unstable, it'll rather not recognise it.
