Here is a topic that existed on MKDSCentral, and thought it would be a good thread to have here. In this thread you can post renders or screenshots of your recent work in progresses, or also ask for help if you need it.

Not exactly a render (rendered in real time) but even basic shadow mapping adds a lot more depth to MKDS's graphics:

It's a custom client I'm working on written in javascript using WebGL. I'll share it once I have multiplayer + items working correctly (and the turn physics are actually correct...).

It's probably worth mentioning that most custom tracks appear to be working too, including the ones with ridiculous geometry and high density collision models:

The cpus go completely crazy after the race start - apart from that collision and model works fine (sans some z fighting and bad handling of transparency)

 

The spectator cams on this map are pretty crazy too, but it looks like they're half trying to be correct. Might just be a coincidence...
