When I put Hammer Bro from New Super Mario Bros to Mario Kart DS, he is probably too big. If you can help or give me advice, please do so. I do not need any more help if I have had your help and advice and it worked.

He probably is too big. I once tried porting the unused 3D koopa shells from NSMB to N64 Circuit once, and they were really big as well, but I am not quite sure why they are big either. Maybe other games use different scaling compared to mkds.

How do I make him smaller?

You have to import him to .obj then go get a program called SketchUp8 Then you go find a obj importer because sketchup dosen't have one. (Here's a good obj importer the sketchup8 version is free. http://www.fluidimporter.com/ )
install the obj importer go to sketchup click "File" Then Click "import" select "obj" then resize the model then save it, then go find a obj export you can find one at www.sketchucation.com install the obj exporter then go to "File" then click "Export Obj" then go to MKDSCM Beta11
go to "File" Click "NSBMD" Then scale the model and click create NSBTX then the rest is history! here's a download link to sketchup8 it can't be 2013 or 2014 only 8 will work!

MKDSCM has an OBJ sacaler, so you can select the scale for the model.
