I'm working on a MK7 hack and I want to ask how to disable the change of music in the third round of a race?(it would be more important for me to know how to port vs mode to singleplayer, but thats not possible AFAIK)

You can't unless you figure out, to Edit Code.bin, somehow.
As a workaround, you can simply do this:

1. Go to the Stream Folder.
2. Look up the Music you want.
3. Delete the one with "_F" at the end.
4. Copy the one with "_N" at the end.
5. Rename it, so it has "_F" at the end.

Keep in mind, that it could be problematic, for Multi-Channel Songs, like Rainbow Road.

I think that's pretty much it, as I can recall, only 3 Tracks were Multi-Channel.
Well, the Main Menu also has Multi-Channel, but that one doesn't have any Laps/Sections.

If you want to figure it out yourself, you can just Export BCSTM's as WAV (through EFE), and open those in Audacity.
If you see more than 2 Tracks, it's Multi-Channel.
